What’s it all about?

Alpha has been invited by the Dicastery for Evangelization to host one of the squares during the Youth Jubilee in Rome, from Wednesday 30th to Thursday 31st July.

As part of the “Dialogue with the City” initiative, the Youth Jubilee will bring together numerous organizations, each entrusted with animating a different square across the city.

Thousands of young people from around the world will have the opportunity to discover and explore a wide range of Christian evangelization and mission initiatives taking place globally. Among them: Alpha.

Through our participation in the Jubilee, we hope to offer young people
an experience that helps them encounter the faith, hope, and love of Christ in an authentic way,
and to encourage them to become new evangelizers.

Activities in the square

At Alpha Square, you’ll have the chance to take part in the following activities:

• Circles and Spaces
  Conversations among young people about life, faith, and meaning — in true Alpha style.
  
• Premiere of the new Alpha Youth Series
  Watch the first episode and join small group conversations right in the square.
  
• Alpha Stand
  Connect with other young leaders from around the world and find out how to run or join an Alpha in your community.
  
• Games
  Moments of fun, connection, prayer, and reflection.
